Adult classes

Tuesday and Thursday: 17:30 to 19:00

Junior classes (6 to 14 years)

Tuesday and Thursday: 16:30 to 17:15

Saturday: 09:00 to 09:45

Ad hoc classes

Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 to 11:30

- Be humble and respectful to your training partners

- No shoes on the mat / No bare feet on the floors

- Remove jewelry and watches before training

- Practice proper hygiene:

Short and clean finger and toenails

Freshen up before a roll

Keep your gear clean

Cover-up scratches or cuts
